It has a very soft texture, more "brushed" on the face than on the reverse. It is cozy and warm and has a beautiful drape with some body. It's fairly dense and opaque, yet supple, and the color is burgundy (PANTONE 19 2311). Excellent quality coating, perfect for fall winter coats and jackets.
