Topy layer feels like a chiffon fabric that is covered with lovely and bright flowers. Clasps at the neck and has an exposed back, with a metal zipper closure. Fabric: Not listed. Feels like a synthetic blend. Condition: excellent vintage condition, no other flaws besides one of the clasps strip came undone an easy fix. This does not alter the functionality of the dress.
