Constructed of ribbed black mohair, the obverse trimmed along both the top and bottom edges with machine embroidered silver aluminum wire tresses, bearing a central number 9 the separately tasked with manufacturing the band and adding the embroidery, measuring 30 mm (w) x 490 mm (l), in extremely fine condition.
