Jacques Carillon, Puligny-Montrachet, 2023 clara_investigate the wine is fermented spontaneouslyJacques Carillon's holdings scatter across eleven small parcels in Puligny Montrachet and neighboring villages, with vines averaging 40 years. The 2023, aged in 20% new oak, captures limestone minerality essential to the appellation. Perfumed with hints of mint, this is elegant Burgundy built for food and time in the cellar.
