Constructed of a silver Seipel cross with white enameled arms; the obverse and reverse with fine quality enamels; suspended from a period original tri fold ribbon; measuring 30. 04 mm (w) x 31. 55 mm (h); weighing 16. 5 grams; very light contact marks throughout, but in overall near extremely fine condition.
