Pena Barlow Nebula Scales This is the last ofCustom Pena Barlow scales made from "Nebula" Epoxy Resin. This resin casting has beautiful blues, greens, yellows and blacks to create a nebula inside the scales. This scale set is very beautiful under natural light and have an iridescent glow that changes as the scales move. This is a one of a kind set and there may be others similar but none of them will be identical. You will receive the above scales shown in the pictures. This is for the scales
