And this delightfully rich, opulent expression from independent bottler Tri Carragh perfectly demonstrates why. Distilled in October 2011, the spirit was initially aged in a first fill sherry hogshead. It was then transferred into an ex Pedro Ximnez cask for a two year secondary maturation. Expect to find a riot of red berries and dark fruits on
