This three drawer console table is made from reclaimed wood which is salvaged from old buildings in Rajasthan and Gujarat

They have a 'vintage' white paint finish and are available in two sizes

It is then painted by hand before firing

The lintel has a carved lotus flower flanked by two peacocks and floral vines run around the mirror frame

The frame is coated in a rustic black which has worn away in areas. Chinese sideboards like this one were originally used for storing clothing and grain by the nomadic people of Gansu & Northern Shanxi in the 19th century during the Qing dynasty (1644 1912). They were also used as altar cabinets for
