Domaine Mann, Riesling "Altengarten", 2024 new but with only gentle tanninsFrom near the picturesque village of Eguisheim, this Riesling is overtly mineral and energetic, showing a salinity that is often associated with this combination of pink sandstone over limestone. This is delicate but linear at first, but after decanting, it evolves into something remarkably complex with quince and lime notes. So much potential to age here, if you have the patience.
