The reverse side of the piece shows a small cavity where the Anhydrite once grew

On the front right edge of the specimen there is a small group of colorless gemmy Quartz crystals that appear to have formed in a "Faden" growth

and the piece is crystallized all the way around save the bottom where it detached from the pocket
