Polychromed Indian Tiger Figure From Surat - Ca 1900 Clothes 77 x 45 x 87This colourful and characterful Indian tiger toy figurine is from either Surat or Channapatna in Karnataka. Channapatna is renowned to this day for its production of painted Indian toys. Tigers have been a symbol of India for over 5000 years and remain so to this day.
