Volume Two covers the state of Mississippi. Starting at the Mississippi River Bridge in Vicksburg, this line travels east for 150 miles through the city of Jackson and onto Meridian. The KCS acquired this route from MidSouth Rail in 1993 and is former Illinois Central trackage.
