2012 Cabernet Sauvignon “Clift Vineyard” 100 % Sauvignon Blanc –100% Cabernet Sauvignon Oak Knoll District (Napa Valley) Smooth, nutty, chocolate aromas followed by dark dried fruits, leather and eucalyptus. Aged in 50% French and 50% Kentucky American Oak. Velvety cabernet sauvignon is delicious on its own its rare to find a cabernet sauvignon that doesnt need foodbut here it is! The first of California's drought influenced run and a welcome return to warm, dry conditions following the rain marred 2011 season.
