Ganaching and bows class - Tuesday 11th August - 6-7:30pm learn cake decorating Salted caramelThis class is for you if you've been wanting to really nail your GANACHE finish!! (you've all been asking so here it is!!) The main focus in this class will be ganaching crumb coating for a perfect base, and focussing on a smooth outside finish! Then we'll whip up my favourite fondant bow to finish it off. Suitable for all experience levels, and everything is included just bring yourself, and be prepared to walk away with a beautiful 5"cake to share
