Although mildly smoked, this expression offers an array of dense savoury notes alongside tobacco and a rich nuttiness. Its been made from local barley malted on open floors, before being smoked over peat and heather. Staunings famously small, direct fired stills contributed the oily texture, before first fill wine casks injected a
