Minton Tile Walter Crane My Pretty Maid Hand Decorated Fat Lava Some crazing and dings onA well executed Walter Crane (1845 1915) image of My Pretty Maid hand drawn and painted on a Minton tile. Measures 6" square. One small flake on top edge and one on the bottom. The back is marked "Minton Hollins Patent Tile Works Stoke On Trent" and has an applied hanger so a frame is not needed to display this tile on a wall. Tape with an artist's mis attribution removed. The nursery rhyme images by Walter Crane first appeared in the children's book
