Stone Shiva Lingam - Ca 1900's shawl and a GarudaShiva Lingams are worshipped in Indian temples and are a symbol of the Hindu god Shiva. These Shiva Lingams come from the Narmada River and are polished and reshaped to a perfect oval shape. The naturally smooth egg shaped stones are also known as Banas. They are regarded as very auspicious by followers of Lord Shiva.
