Glenallachie 18y/o 46%ABV 30ml Tasmania Their 1200 litre copper stillFresh new Glenallachie 18 year old matured in sherry casks, American Oak and Virgin Oak. Similar in profile to the Glenallachie 15y o sherry bomb but with softer mouthfeel and more complexity with sweet dessert and spice notes raspberry and almond friand, caramel, honey, dark chocolate and Biscoff (virgin oak influence?).
