As a side project, he leased a 1. 09 hectare Sauvignon vineyard, transitioning it to organic practices. Vincent started by selling grapes to our friends at Clos du Tue Boeuf and now crafts his own Englouti. The inaugural vintage is matured in barrels before being meticulously hand bottled and labeled. The hands on approach extends from vineyard to cellar.
