Backwoods Rye Whisky Red Gum Cask Matured RG3 48%abv 30ml Tasmania Limited Release : 141 bottlesI used to hate Rye but Bree and Leigh at Backwoods in Yackandandah changed my mind. This release is a truly Australian take on Rye as its matured in Red Gum Casks. From the Backwoods Website: Australia's Most Unique Rye Whisky Bold, complex, and uniquely Australianour Rye Whisky Aged in Red Gum is an exceptional spirit
