Domaine Geschickt, Le Schlouk 2023 (1L) Light-Bodied We’ve teamed up with Berlin-basedWorking biodynamically since 1998, this family owned domaine has been run by Aurelie Fayolle and Arnaud Geschickt for the past 10 years. Found across 4 hectares in Ammerschwihr, the team work symbiotically with the environment, planting trees to increase ecological diversity and working the land with Iris, their mare. Le Schlouk 2023 is 80% Gewrztraminer with a schlouck of Riesling. Both grapes are macerated on the skins for 3 weeks in inox tanks
