Sequences and Series is Cabernet Sauvignon from the Santa Cruz Mountains
It offers a captivating and most refreshing nose of minty herbs
giving the wines a bit more savory sheen than the limestone and clay mix found elsewhere in the Loire
but it's really in its own delicious category
Vin Noe 'Pattaya' Bourgogne Blanc 2024 Style:White Sequences and Series is CabernetThis Chardonnay comes from the Mconnais and a majority of the direct press juice goes into 500L barrels, while the remainder undergoes carbonic maceration and is blended back into the cuvee later. The wine spends 9 months in used barrels on its lees. The resulting wine is intense and bright with notes of fresh white peaches and a hint of spice while maintaining a crisp citrus snap and a refreshing finish. Jeremy Hernandez
