Bottlers tasting notes: Butterscotch, fresh fruit, a little wine and citrus on the nose. Pure fruit salad on the palate. Papaya, sweet with notes of green apple and lemon. Medium long finish. A beautiful example of spirit that has balanced incredibly well with its
