Domaine Mosse Le Rouchefer Blanc 2022 Variety_Mondeuse Terroir: Schist and Quartz' The Le Rouchefer vineyard is clay and quartz soil on schist. Planted initially in 1976, the vines were 46 years old at the time of this vintage. Predominantly directly pressed the juice was aged in two 25 hectolitre casks. In one there was just juice and in the other mainly juice but 10% was destemmed grapes which macerated for 6 months. After 6 months the contents of the vats were blended and the marc was distilled to make a gin. The wine was
