DOWNED CICADA skyline Large main compartment is dividedIf you watch a real life cicada once it hits the water, those wings stick out sideways and vibrate like mad. This fly is tied to get as close to the real thing as possible correct profile, and wings to match. Short soft strips will have this fly wiggling on the spot and those red fox wings throwing a perfect little wake just like a true downed cicada.
