Secret Islay 10y/o PX Cask East Village Whisky Co. 53.2%ABV 30ml Faint aromas of delicate whiteAmazing sweet fruity smoky bacon delight. Looks quite dark and cask heavy but it isn't overpowered by the sherry cask. A tiny bit hot it might have benefited from 6 months or a year longer in the cask so the alcohol could be better integrated and reach legendary status, but maybe then it would have become too sherried and lost the bright peaty distillate notes Anyway a tiny drop of water helps. This is a great dram and not one of the usual Indie
