Black Sapote (Chocolate Pudding) - Large Climbers also known as the ChineseAlso called the Chocolate Pudding Tree. The flesh is very smooth and velvety with a chocolate flavour. It can be used as an ingredient in deserts and chocolate cake. The tree is easy to grow especially in warmer areas. Only a little fertiliser is required. Grows 5 to 6m high, but can be kept trimmed to 2m. Fruits after 2 3 years Self pollinating but benefits from cross pollination from another tree Supplied in a 200mm pot a well established young tree.
