Torre dei Beati Pecorino Abruzzo 2022 Style:White and a hint of flintyCertified organic since 1999, Torre dei Beati is just five minutes away from the rare, legendary cult estate Valentini. Soft, dusty, confectionary, and floral aromas. Rich, lush, and slightly spicy on the palate, it's a bigger white wine suited for cheeses, pt, cream based dishes, or even lobster. It has the salty edge you expect from Pecorino with some herbal complexity and depth that you don't always find. Jonathan Kemp
