Mas Mellet "Pari Finesse" Rouge 2020 varietal_Macabeo Some of my favorite winesDirect Press Selection December 2021 Press 4 Mix Press 4 Red The "Pari Finesse" is a surprisingly fresh red from the southern French region of Costires de Nmes. Emilie & Brice Bolognini have operated this domaine since 2003. They have converted the vines to Biodynamic agriculture, they work by hand, and let sheep graze amongst the vines in the winter. The wine is an equal parts blend of Grenache and Syrah (with a dash of Carignan) that comes in at 14.
