Cape Byron Peated Chardonnay Cask TWL Exclusive 51%abv 30ml Tasmania Aftertaste: The aftertaste is tunedFirst release from Cape Byron over 50%abv bottled exclusively for the Whisky List. The majority is from an unpeated Bourbon cask finished in Chardonnay cask, but there's a choice amount of peated Bourbon cask married into it to give earthiness and complexity.
