Piece based on the sun rise behind my local church in Oakley

The sky above is a lovely blue/green colour and is very complimentary to the small houses nestling below

Created with a fluid painting technique, serene coastal hues of deep blue and turquoise are balanced by the warmth of sandy tones. A pearlescent effect to the paint adds a subtle shimmer, reflecting the light hitting the water.
